This month, we sat down with Matthew Pettey, whose company is helping field service businesses across the country work smarter, to hear what brought him to 514 and what's kept his team here. 

A Bit About Matthew's Work: 9 Pack Software

Matthew, along with a few business partners have been successful in their software company start-up. It's built specifically for a unique industry: field service.

"We develop workflow management software designed specifically for field technicians and service organizations," Matthew explains. "Our platform streamlines day-to-day service operations by improving technician coordination, work order management, and real-time communication between office staff and field teams."

The mission behind it is simple: "Our goal is to help field service businesses operate more efficiently, reduce administrative overhead, and deliver exceptional customer experiences through better organization and visibility."

He went on: "Creating additional opportunities for coworkers from different businesses to interact could lead to valuable relationships, collaborations, and a stronger sense of community."
